Milano Blogger Template edit post

If you liked the Zinmag Series, then you are sure to take note of this template. Milano is a professional looking theme created by Jinsona Design and converted to blogger by Falcon Hive. Milano Blogger Template
Milano is a 3 column template with yellow and mustard color scheme. The blogger template has a top navigation bar followed by blog header and logo, which you can change from 'Edit HTML'. The search box appears on the bottom right of the header. The highlight of this template would be the featured content scroller where you can display images of your top posts or even latest posts.

On its left is the welcome message section for your readers, and below that is the second navigation bar. The main column in on plain white background featuring author, date and time stamp and comments in separate boxes below the post headline, and the 'Read More' function is also integrated in the template.

The sidebar has a javascript tabber with 3 widgets inside it, you can have a video section, recent posts or popular posts. That's followed by an advertisement section, which you can set it up if you like. The sidebar splits into two columns giving you more space to display your content.

If you are planning to shift to a more feature-rich template to display all your content, or start a new blog consisting regular updates, then you can consider using Milano.

  2. I love this template, but when I uploaded it it doesn't quite show right. The mustard yellow area with the scrolling pic thing is not there. It is white and the scrolling box is not there at all. I hope you can help.

    @ DirtDigger (Tessa) - For the content to show in the scroller, copy the code below, then go to Layout--Page Elements, click on the ‘Edit’ of the ‘Featured Content Scroller’, paste and edit the code with the corresponding links.

    <li>
    <a href=&#8217;POST-LINK-HERE&#8217;>
    <img src=&#8217;IMAGE-LINK-HERE&#8221; alt=&#8221;/>
    </a>
    </li>

    If you want to add more than 1 post in the slider, copy, paste and edit the code above again below the first link. :)

    the Milano template does not have a drop down menu but has two navigation bars instead, if you want a similar template with drop down menus look for "zinmag" templates on this blog search cheers
