The retro-style theme is a 2 column template with an attractive header image, it reminds me of the 60s and 70s colour scheme. Below the image you can add the blog title and description. The post headline in the main column shows up in a orange box and below that appears time and comments, while the author name and labels come at the end of the post.

The sidebar column starts with the search box and below that is the menu bar for your main categories, since there is no navigation bar on top.
